New member from Northern Virginia

Hello Guys !! 

I have been here for few months now so I decided to introduce myself. 

I am living in Manassas, Virginia. I got my first property in Aug 2016.It's a House Hacking. 

I would really like to close my first deal just to get a taste of the pie. It would be dream come true to be part of a team to guide real-world practical action but these days everybody charges $$ to be part of something like that. It would also be really nice to be accepted into this community.

I would love to hear from others in the Northern Virginia and like to grab a drink if possible !!
