BP newbie from Charleston WV

Hi all,

I am currently employed with a full time job but have always wanted to get into RE. I finally took the plunge at the beginning of this year. I currently have two "projects" that have taken me longer (and cost more) than expected. i think it will all work in the end. i have learned a lot, I hope, and have definitely caught the bug. i have been eyeballing some Multi-family units already. 

When I decided to get into this i did some research and quite often got referred here. My boss loaned me book on tax strategies for REI's written by people on here. Signing up to get all the info seemed the next logical step, so here I am.
