Hi all,

New member here living in San Francisco, originally from Atlanta.

Excited to have discovered BP recently as I've been wanting to diversify and have always been a real-estate enthusiast (my mom loved touring open houses and would drag me along as a kid). Currently own an inherited house in coastal GA with a long-term renter. We also own our condo in SF.

Wanting to buy and hold at least one property either in northern CA or back in Atlanta, with some positive cash flow if possible. My spouse and I both have full-time W2s, so major rehabs might be tricky.

Looking forward to connecting with experienced Bay Area investors who also have full-time W2s (or started out that way) to hear experiences.

Brian
