@Ryan Spearman I just started using AirTable to track deals and deal flows. So far, really liking it. Fills many of the gaps I have with Google Sheets, and is great for collaborating with other folks. They even have a Real Estate Investor deal flow template. https://airtable.com

Hi Jason - thanks for sharing your experiences with Roofstock here. My question is around your selection of Tru Mortgage. While I understand they are a preferred lender for Roofstock, did you shop around and compare rates with other lenders? Wondering how competitive you found the rates.

Hi all,

New member here living in San Francisco, originally from Atlanta.

Excited to have discovered BP recently as I've been wanting to diversify and have always been a real-estate enthusiast (my mom loved touring open houses and would drag me along as a kid). Currently own an inherited house in coastal GA with a long-term renter. We also own our condo in SF.

Wanting to buy and hold at least one property either in northern CA or back in Atlanta, with some positive cash flow if possible. My spouse and I both have full-time W2s, so major rehabs might be tricky.

Looking forward to connecting with experienced Bay Area investors who also have full-time W2s (or started out that way) to hear experiences.

Brian
