Hello all,

I live in Bakersfield CA and I grow in the area. I currently own my own home in southwest Bakersfield, have a SFR rental in central Bakersfield, and I about to close on a duplex in northern Oildale (Metro Bakersfield).

I've been a Deputy Sheriff for 6 years and a landlord for about 2. I consider myself a landlord first, although my day job pays the bills. 

I'm excited to reach out to like-minded investors and owners in the Bakersfield area. I love to share what little experience I have and to never stop learning!
