Hi BP community!

I am a newbie to US real estate investing from Toronto, Canada and  I am  looking to learn from the knowledge, wisdom and experience of seasoned investors. I have been listening to the BP podcasts everyday and finally decided to  take action. Looking forward to connecting to this community.  

I have started the wholesaling process in Orlando, by finding buyers, looking for motivated sellers, connecting with agents and am about to kick off a direct mail campaign. I have made a number of offers so far just waiting to land my first deal!
