Hi, I'm not doing this quite right; I know this bc I've learned so much from the podcast, that I failed to apply in my purchase. The difficult part is applying the lessons in our specific situations.  I should be getting my first tenants in the 3 bedroom half of my side by side brick house in Williamsport, PA this month.  I'm nervous about tenant screening, applying, and leasing.  I think I basically know what to do, just not how.
