Need to buy in Portland

Hi all,

After trying to do this in Denver for my nephew, I am now braving another hot market in Portland to find a place for my 2 daughters who just graduated and live there.

Prefer a close-in SE Portland (love Sellwood) cosmetic fixer duplex but could also use SFR with basement that would be rentable. I understand that making a rental profit is hard but I am more interested in appreciation and since I have to help them with rent anyway it will be a win-win.

I have a client that is building brand new 2 and 4 plex's.. not in sellwood more in the North side of town.. but he is building them to condo standards with very high end finish's.

he is leaving a nice amount of meat on the bone for buyers as well. you get into the deal in pre build stage and lock in price.

ping me and I can send you to their website.. I think its pretty cool what they are doing. and it beats trying to work on a 80 to 100 year old beater  LOL..
