Hi all, My name is Calvin Hoang, I'm always wanted to invest in real estate but didn't have any money or know how to starts. Finally I found Bigger (brothers and sister) Pockets online and here i am now purchasing my first property. Can anyone tells me if the duplex I'm buying is a good deal or not? I would love to hear from all of you guys: Property in Oregon Totals 2550 sqft 3bd and 2-1/2 baths each. 1st unit renting for $1450 2nd unit I'll (house hack) live in one room and renting out two other rooms for totals of $1200 I got an FHA 30yr loan with 3.5% down payments Purchase price of $368,500 closing cost included My monthly PITI and mortgage insurance is $2,550. Also if any investors in Portland Oregon needing assisting with any projects that you may have. I'm more then happy to help you and if you think I'm a good helper I don't mind if you guys can shows me a trick or two regarding real estate investing. Thank you, Calvin
