I am looking to use some equity that is currently tied up in an investment property. I would refinance but my current note is at 3.25%. So I would much rather use a Heloc.

I can get 5.5% APR, with the option to lock the rate, 10 year draw and 20 year term. They will lend 70% on a investment property. Does anyone know of better terms and with what bank? Thanks in advance:)

This is what I was able to find for Portland. I would assume the City of Salem planning department could point you in the right direction. Keep in mind window sizes as well. Best of luck on the purchase.

Hey Cody,

I ended up using Witt consulting and they have handled my taxes the last few years. As Jared stated, they do a good job.

Nice work!

What all is included in the 200k rehab? Is that a quick "fluff and buff" of each unit or are most the units pretty nice?

I found a letter from 1908 from the IOOF club to its member. Something about pay your dues... haha. It was interesting to see how formal it was and the perfect penmanship.

This is where you should be looking for information on tenant/landlord rights in Oregon.

See volume #3.

Personally, I wouldn't start a war with your neighbor. This is never a good thing. Try to be civil even if the landlord isn't, most of the time there are other issues involved rather than you not mowing on the day he wanted.
