I am looking to use some equity that is currently tied up in an investment property. I would refinance but my current note is at 3.25%. So I would much rather use a Heloc.

I can get 5.5% APR, with the option to lock the rate, 10 year draw and 20 year term. They will lend 70% on a investment property. Does anyone know of better terms and with what bank? Thanks in advance:)

This is what I was able to find for Portland. I would assume the City of Salem planning department could point you in the right direction. Keep in mind window sizes as well. Best of luck on the purchase.

I found a letter from 1908 from the IOOF club to its member. Something about pay your dues... haha. It was interesting to see how formal it was and the perfect penmanship.

Personally, I wouldn't start a war with your neighbor. This is never a good thing. Try to be civil even if the landlord isn't, most of the time there are other issues involved rather than you not mowing on the day he wanted.
