Hi Everyone!

My name is Edwin Borrero, most call me Ed. I am 25 years old, fairly recent grad in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I'm a huge car guy so if you're having car trouble, let me know! I love traveling, anything outdoors, and beer! 

My real estate experience is basically non-existent besides being a renter. Hoping to change that ASAP! I came across BiggerPockets from listening to the podcast, Side Hustle Show by Nick Loper. I'm a huge believer in financial independence/early retirement and have started making steps towards that goal. As a noob in real estate, my first goal is to do a house hack. I've been reading up on the FHA loan and been slowly looking for properties - hoping to pull the trigger within a year.

Looking forward to speaking with all of you and learn as much as I can!
