Hi everyone. After perusing BP for a while, attending webinars, listening to many podcasts and reading books, I just wanted to drop a line and finally say hello. I'm a newbie with a full time job and no real estate background or experience other than always having a strong interest and desire to get started, and 2017 will be my year. I'm here to learn and here to do. My plan is SFH to start (or duplexes) and then move up later to larger multi-family. I want the cash flow. Ideally would like to begin investing at some point locally in Houston (open to area but I live in the north east side), but also looking at Utah (SLC and Ogden areas) as we will be moving there sometime in 2018. Investing in notes/tax liens is also peeking my interest. Anyway, that's it about me and I look forward to meeting y'all (had to).
