Curious if anyone has heard of, or has any reviews about the Chicago Musictown Opportunity Zone investment that I keep getting emails about? Is it legit or not? Hard to find much information on it other than maybe one or two webinar videos. Their website doesn’t even work.

After contacting them I feel I’m getting a high pressure, act now kind of treatment that isn’t sitting well with my gut. Just want to be careful. Thank you!

Thank you Axel. I actually have heard about them before and reached out to them but like you said the fee for their list I thought was a little ridiculous.

I appreciate your offer for reaching out. I’ll have to take you up on that I think. I have a plan but it would be good to bounce it off someone with experience to see what they think.

Curious if anyone knows of banks/lenders that offer first position HELOC loans. I've heard they're out there but not sure where to look. I am currently refinancing my residence into a first position HELOC but looking for lenders who offer the same for investment properties. Thanks in advance!
