hey everyone! I'm colt clark 24 years old. fairly new to bigger pockets and on my continued path to purchase!

i would consider myself pretty creative, i have a great eye and vision for projects so here are a couple different interests i have for real estate.

-flipping

-renting

-single family

-multifamily

i would like to focus on finding a good deal on a duplex for my first deal! 

as for strategies i would like to use that would just depend on the deal. i am getting pretty familiar with most. if anyone would like to reach out please feel free and we can get connected!  things that are holding me back as of right now are credit and a down payment. i do have a goal to purchase within a year from today. so, i may have to get creative.  

i am from oklahoma and I'm also actually doing my relicensing  for my realestate license. id like to take advantage of the mls and not have to depend on anyone else when it comes to looking at homes etc. i have enjoyed the books i have purchased from bigger pockets they make me feel very confident being so new to this world!
