I'm curious if it is contradicting to wholesale properties and hold a real estate license at the same time? i believe there is a very fine line. 

however you would be acting in your own interest... and usually for the best interest if someone is needing to sell quickly.

thanks jonathan! are you talking about the practice test in the pre licensing course?  if not where could i find some practice tests you are talking about?

I am looking forward to taking my state exam within the next month and want to have a better idea of what the test is going to be like so that i can focus on studying the things i need to be studying specifically for this test. is it mostly multiple choice? how many questions? what will best prepare me? i am almost done with pre licensing but still lack what the test will be like.

whats up jonathan! i think the gift basket may be more beneficial to real estate agents to get referrals and possibly to get new tenants. i bet that was nice, i wouldn't forget that either!
