Hello Everyone!

My name is Lydia Woods and I live in Memphis, TN. I have been on BP for a few months now and decided it was time to do my introduction. I found BP while I was searching for information to learn more about this industry. Once I saw that there was ton of things I could learn from this community I signed up immediately.

I have no prior experience... I'm completely new to the real estate investing world but I'm looking forward to building relationships and learning all I can to start a successful business as a real estate investor. I want this to become a full-time career for me so I'm very serious about the things I need to know as well as what I need to do to be able to survive in this industry.

I'm interested in doing some wholesaling deals, fix and flips, and eventually buy and hold properties (from my understanding that's where you build wealth). However, I want to start out with wholesaling deals and get my feet wet before I jump into some of the other investing strategies.

I'm looking forward to any advice you all have about starting out, recommendations for the best investor-friendly real estate agents, attorneys, contractors, CPAs, etc., or anything that would help me out on this journey.
