Hello, Newbie from Elk Grove, Ca. Interested in learning about Real Estate investments, property tax sales, not sure about wanting to become a landlord. So far I've been listening to the Podcast and a lot of them touched on what I was thinking of doing, but not doing it. I figured this was a good place to start and a friend referred me to Bigger Pockets! 😀
