My name is Akar Pokhrel. I have been living in DFW metroplex my whole life, and i am 26 years old. I went to Texas Tech University to finish my degree in Civil Engineering. I am currently employed in dallas and commute to work from my home. Just like most of us in here in BP, i am one prospect that would want a passive income while still being employed. I have worked hard to come where i am today and I am willing to work even harder for the rest of my life to get to where i want to be. I currently live in a house in Euless Texas which i currently own. It is a 5 bedroom house and it is in a prime location. I purchased my house when i was going to community college and still own the house it has been more than 6 years. There is more to my story about how i made and still making a payment of this home. Now, i am eagerly wanting a HML to help me out on the next deal. I have a good source of income that will give an assurance to the lenders about making my payment. To cut to the chase, if any lenders are willing to work out a deal with me, please contact me and i would like to meet you personally and explain what our future can hold. Just to make things easier and go with the flow, i don't plan to make too much profit on couple of my deals in the beginning, so lenders can be self assured that they will get 80% of the profit and i can settle for only 20% or less. We can work out more prominent numbers as we get to know each other. I am here to play the game and win, anyone willing to make easy money with less work hit me up ASAP. I have 2 other businesses and i manage that as well. Hit me up so we can meet up and talk real numbers.
Best Regards

welcome to BP @Akar Pokhrel
Go find a couple of local REIA and network. And/or search for other BP investors and invite them to meet up.
Those 2 are probably the fastest way to build your network.
Good luck!
