New investor in Central California

Hi all!  I am a new rei and flipper in central California.  I have been a licensed agent and property manager since 2008 and am pursuing a brokers and contractors license.  

I haven't completed a deal yet but look forward to cramming as much knowledge and strategy as I can until I can build enough passive income to do it full time.  I am extremely excited to begin this adventure and look forward to making things happen.

I have learned so much through bp in such a short amount of time.  This place is a valuable resource for anyone wanting to learn more about real estate.
