I am so glad I found this site. This site will save me thousands of dollars. I attended a local seminar in Philly on Real Estate investing. The second seminar wants 20k to get started...and this is training only! They get you all motivated and hyped up in the first. 

I am reading the free book offered on Bigger Pockets and its a great read.
