Hello everyone!

My name is Denis (Denny) Roux and I currently live in Novi, Michigan. I am a finance graduate and I currently work in sales at an automotive supplier.

I’ve always been interested in investing, but I'm not really fascinated by the stock market. A good portion of my family background is in the real estate industry so I naturally started researching these investment opportunities. This is how I stumbled across BP.

I’ve been researching and reading a lot about real estate investing in the last year and have finally decided it’s time to take action! The biggest issue I was facing was putting myself out there, but I have finally gotten over it. In the last week, I went to my first real estate Meetup and already connected with a few really nice people with similar interests to mine. I plan on going to many more.

The plan to utilize my young age to get started early. I will take full advantage of my abundance of the one variable you cannot get more of – time!

I am interested in purchasing Buy and Hold properties. I’m also interested in meeting people in my area to develop a team and a network to learn from. Please feel free to reach out! I hope to somehow be of help as you have all been to me!
