Hey there! I've been lurking on here for a while and figured I should formally introduce myself! 

Through the BP books, podcasts and posts on this site, I've already learned a ton. About me: my background is in design and marketing, we own one rental and are renovating our first flip in the Decatur area now - aiming to have it on the market by mid-June. LOVING the process so far and have dreams of turning this into a business for my husband and to run together. Looking for advice, peers and connections locally and beyond. Happy to offer marketing / design expertise in return.
