Hello,

Just wanted to throw myself out there and say hello. I've been bitten buy the real estate bug and I've got the itch. I'm a healthcare professional and have been working in the field for 18 years and now looking head down the real estate path. I'm currently reading and listening to these podcasts to educate myself. My main goal is to retire early with a flush rental real estate portfolio under one arm and more quality time spent with my family under the other.
