Good day all,

Figured I've held off long enough and should finally step out of the shadows, break out of my shell, get my foot in the door, etc. Thus far I've only perused the forums on occasion, following local contributors and getting the feel of the place. Going a little further back, I've been listening to the BP podcast on my commute for several months now, currently on show 129. In addition to that, I've watched hours worth of informative videos from the likes of Phil Pustejovsky, Clayton and Natali Morris, and several others. Just this past Wednesday I attended my first webinar, held here by Brandon Turner, on "How To Evaluate And Offer On Rental Properties", and really enjoyed the presentation.

All that being said, I feel sufficiently educated to at least dip my feet in the pool of REI. Though I'm employed full-time, I do have longer weekends than most (thanks to a compressed work week), and am seeking to utilize my time off to provide value to others, while obtaining a foothold in the business along the way. Geographically, I'm currently located in Casa Grande, Arizona, a city approximately halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. Thanks in part to road trips being a hobby of mine, I'm at least semi-familiar with a fairly large portion of the state, though most of my knowledge is centered around the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Looking forward to contributing more and making connections!
-Randy
