This is off subject a bit but because it has a funny side and a Dead serious side, I bought this Old 1936 House , its big it was moved in the 50s , ok I come home one rainy night and put the Key in the Lock, I get a shock of course I think my head is playing tricks  so I note the happening but I just drove 430 mile so I'm tired. it was Raining even harder a week

later and bam same thing only more sever, it go in the back door look at the lock a old door bell metal shielding I test it

it was starting with 50 ac volts within 10 sec 110 AC Volts grounding on the wet door mat, whats funny you say think of a burgler trying to pick that Lock Ha Ha Ha he more than likely would wet his pants. Tom M

There has been a time push out, the realitor was asighed to me, I made a bid 20,000 less than asking, my question is there is a Credit on the closing cost, I have not questioned it yet, I'm thinking it is the reality lady foisting the repair costs at the last minute on to the closing, in the contract I signed this is the sellers responsibilitie , I have to make a discussion, should I question the financial woman on who , why and how much the credit is. This is for the primary home.

Negotiate a closing can it be done and how, I have a closing cost on a primary home, it's a lot more than I figured. I'll get a loan just for that a title lone on a 4x4 and a bike

I am looking for a local group in Elko NV , so far it looks like Vegas and Reno kick up the dust in this state, I'll keep looking.

I'm getting a lot from the podcasts , Thank You

I have owned just before the bubble popped in Cali, I cannot stress how important it is to arm yourself with knowledge and lists, I paid for a program once, I was grossly under trained, swimming with the sharks as they call it, but I jumped in and I learned some lessons. I’m still a rookie and looking to move up the latter.
