What's going on man? I'm In the same boat being 26 with a dayjob looking to jumping into real estate with about 10k. The advice I got was to look into the BRRRR strategy. Buy, Remodel, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. I think if you house hack 3.5% down payment but if you don't 20% down payment. Not sure rather to use a FHA Loan or a 203k loan just yet. I'm still researching

hey Josh thanks for replying! So my next step would be hunting down a property below market value by any means necassary, how do I verify it's below market value? do I hire an inspector and an appraiser to make sure it's a good deal? I will defintely be going the FHA loan owner occupant 3.5% down payment route

hi guys new to BP and real estate investing as a whole. Been looking at a few strategies and think flipping suits me best! I'm lookin to get in the field this summer! By that time i will have an upper 600 credit score, 10k cash reserve, and still working my 9-5, I'm also a first time home buyer. Thoughts on the best possible strategy?

Hi @Luka, Thanks for replying! I'm not biased to either income or cash flow, but I don't totally understand them for my particular situation. To me it seems better to invest for income. I would like to be able to do a real receive a nice chunky profit (😊) and have the option to either reinvest in real estate or roll the profits into a totally different investment. To me if I invest for cashflow now with rental properties that I will not see the results years down the line when I acquire more properties. How wrong am I?

Hi BP! Love everything about this community, I'm really grateful to have found you guys! Truly. My name is Bruce Dailey, I just moved to Nashville, TN to work on airplanes as my primary source of income. I currently do not have a good credit score (in work) 6k in savings, no experience in real estate investing. While I'm building my credit score and increasing my savings, I would like to dig deep into getting the education for my first project! What strategy would you suggest I study first? With 10k cash, 9-5, and let's say upper 600 credit score, first time home buyer what would be the best route?
