Hello everyone! My name is Larry Stevens. I am 29 years old from Greenville, Ms. I own one single family rental and have recently bought my first duplex! I work full time as a maintenance manager for a local apartment complex and I also have my own property maintenance company that I run early mornings, late evenings and on weekends. Looking forward to learning from everyone and also helping in anyway I can!
