I have been buying, rehabbing and renting house for two years now. I’m wanting to try out a few tenants on section 8. Any advice ? Pros and Cons? Do’s and Don’ts?

Their lease is up in February! I've been at the property working all morning. She is suppose to pay the rent and still be out by the 20th of next month

@Susan Maneck So should I give them the lease termination letter or the 3 day eviction notice ? Which will get them out more quickly ? I have been in this industry for 9 years and I've only been a part of the eviction process once. I played a very small role in that process. Im taking in as much information as I can and as quickly as possible so please forgive me if I use incorrect terminology. I also work a full time job and run two businesses of my own so last night I was replying with one eye closed LOL
