Hope all is well. My name is Chadd Chase from the greater Seattle area. Currently, I have 4 multi-family properties and a single family home. I started my real estate endeavors in 2012 when i realized there was a lot of potential for long lasting residual income to be made by purchasing multi-family properties. Kinda just jumped on in and never looked back.

For some reason I never knew about bigger pockets until just last week. The things i could have done if i knew about this amazing resource 5 years ago!

Currently I'm focused on securing funds from private lenders to supply more purchases. I want to keep acquiring multi-family properties to build that passive income. Nothing beats hanging out with your wife and kids, all the while getting paid to do so from our real estate investments.

Can't wait to share some of my knowledge I've learned along the way as well as expanding my real estate knowledge with the content on BP.
