One rental and counting...

Hey everybody! My name is Gus Tsesmeloglou and I just bought my first rental via HEL. I'm a PE teacher and I'm just getting started with real estate investing. My wife and I are super pumped about this and we are seriously thinking about finding a house to flip for a family summer project. I live in the beautiful upstate of South Carolina in the city of Greer. I guess we'll potentially be looking into the world of hard lending if we're going to make this house-flip project happen. A bit unsure about how all that happens. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!
