I am new here and still in the learning phase of investing. I want to start with wholesaling and learn as much as I can. I don't know how I got here but am very grateful. I have purchased and read a lot of real estate info that hasn't lead me to my first deal. All theory and no "how to" without spending more money...

Just wanted to say welcome and just ask away here on Bigger Pockets anything. There are a tremendous amount of great people here that are very generous and will answer any question that you may have the best way they can. I would really explore this website from the forums to the articles some really great info on here.This really is the place for the RE professional.
