New Member from Boston, MA formerly Tacoma, WA
Hi there, my name is Tijana. I am a Human Resources Manager in Massachusetts. Born and raised in Boston. Spent a year working in Seattle and residing in Tacoma, WA.
As of right now, I am looking to make my first purchase in Southeastern, Ma and overtime make some purchases in Tacoma, WA.
I do NOT have any experience investing. My initial goal moving back here was to save money to purchase a single family home with a 15 year mortgage. This was my goal two weeks ago. I recently started listening to BP podcasts and learned that there are other ways to achieve the same goal while making some money. I almost went and applied for a second job to save up my 20% for a single family. Hopefully, I can find a 3 family house, live in one unit and rent out the other two.
I am looking forward to being a member of this group!
