New wholesaler in Atlanta here. I've been reading up and learning, and I have now started my first mail campaign. 1,650 postcards sent out and I'm about to send the second half of my list ( another 1,650 ) next week. I'm excited... Now I'm just waiting on calls and planning other marketing campaigns. Just wanted to introduce myself here. Looking forward to making a lot of money..
