I am a newbie investor in Lincoln, NE. I have been listening to podcasts and reading forums day in and day out. I love it, it's so interesting. I currently have a home under contract, I am attempting to wholesale.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any hard money lenders in Nebraska and if any known Real Estate Agents who are "investor friendly"?
