Hi my name is Jason. I currently own and operate an electrical contracting company and a general contracting company. I have been in the electrical industry for 17 years, and I am second generation for the General contracting company. I spent my younger years building and selling spec homes with my father. After my father's passing, my mother became lost in a job she can't stand. She recently approached me about helping her get back into real estate. I decided to go all in with the idea, and started looking for long term investments. Our goal is to build a portfolio of income properties, and eventually get back into development. The rental world is new to me and I look forward to the advice and guidance of the seasoned investors on here. Wish us luck!
