Hi !!

My name is Manmath, 38 yrs old and currently live in Omak, WA but will move to Louisville, KY next year. I’ve previously lived in Louisville for 8 yrs. I’ve been able to save $100,000 and my goal is to save $3000 every month.

I was looking to invest this money and came across BP. I’ve been reading this forum every day and listen to podcast. Decided to start from Podcast 1. Plan is to listen at least 4 podcast on weekly basis. I’m primarily interested in investing in apartment complex. I know nothing about real estate investment. So I’ll be starting from ZERO. Just this morning I reached out to my realtor in Louisville inquiring about fourplex or bigger properties. I want to learn and understand the process as much as possible. I’m also open to go with other investors and learn from them.

I’m excited to be here and learn as much as possible about real estate. My goal is to retire from my job in next 3 yrs or earlier if possible.
