New Investor from Dayton Oh
Hello BP community I am new to the investment world and also to BP. I have been reading lots here and also listening to many podcasts. I am amazed at the plethora of information and how insightful and genuinely helpful that the people here have been. It is very encouraging and has definitely made me want to challenge the world of real estate on another level!! I currently have a few properties in Dayton & am coming to completion on my first flip. I have bought all of my properties with cash & have not had any experience with working with lenders. In moving forward, I would like to do things a little different. If anyone can point me in the best direction or can share any advice or experiences, this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
