My name is Rachan, and I'm a programmer / marketer from Washington DC. I am new to real estate investing, other than the nice deal I negotiated when I bought my house in 2008.

I am here to learn from you all, but am also here to share what I know.

I have 17+ years of experience in the high-tech industry and 10 years in online marketing. I bootstrapped two ecommerce businesses, which taught me a lot.

I will be more than happy to lend my experience (pro bono) if you need help getting your tech projects done on shoestring budgets. I can also guide you through the many marketing strategies available online.
