My name is Maverick and I'm a Graphic Designer from Georgia. I've been studying real estate for quite some time but I never quite went full force into it. However, last year I did a bit of soul searching and realized that a normal job or career simply wasn't what I wanted in life and I knew the path to my goal lay in real estate. I found BiggerPockets through my professor from my Principles of Real Estate course. I immediately began reading and listening to podcasts and I'm just now getting around to making a proper introduction.

My ultimate goal is to become a full-time investor and build wealth through real estate. I intend to achieve this through single-family and multi-family rentals as well as flipping. My area is growing quickly and, after some formal analysis, it seems that now is the time to take action.
