Truck Driver from Bakersfield CA.
Hello everyone I am Paul Garcia from Bakersfield, CA. I've been listening to the podcast every day the last 2 weeks and has motivated me. I am a trucker driver by trade and am looking to learn about investing in properties to rent for cash flow and retirement. I'm ready to learn! Any tips would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard, go to the real estate events and happenings thread and find the posts about the monthly meetings locally. The meet up at Rusty's Pizza is fun and very informative. You can meet fellow real estate investors with varying degrees of experience who will be happy to assist you.
