Hey Everyone!

My name is Zack, with a K. I'm just getting into the world of Real Estate investing and am mapping out my plan to get my first deal. I love business, finance, and learning...seems this REI gig has a lot of all three involved!

I grew up in action and active sports and have spent a whole lot of time around boating and the water. Seattle seemed like a great place to settle in, and I have a few businesses in the area.

I'm currently a renter in one of (the?) hottest real estate markets in the country (Seattle, WA). I'd say I have some property management experience as my landlord lives out of state and I take care of everything that might (and does) go wrong with the house I rent. Also, I have a home office in another property where I act as landlord/middle man. Currently, that space has one tenant with a few more moving in soon.

I've been reading plenty of books, listening to tons of podcasts, and reading a LOT of articles and forum posts. I'm ready to start networking and am mapping out what strategy and course is best for my family and I.

Looking forward to meeting some of you!
