Hi Bo!

I'm a newbie as well that will be living in the Spokane area full-time this fall. I read your profile and it sounds similar to my situation. I have a summer business that runs for about 6 months and gives me all sorts of time in the fall/winter. Other than that, I am just a professionally poor golfer. 

Good luck. Maybe we will get the chance to meet up sometime this "off-season."

Brian Hughes thanks for the thoughtful reply. Definitely is a bit of a “wait and see” but seems like something that passes in some form based on track record of the state.

Washington State legislature is moving on repealing a ban on rent control for the state (in place since 1981) Sounds like cities will have the final say (maybe?) but does anyone deal with rent control issues in their market? Experience with it? Thoughts? thanks @Ryan Ingram I'll give it a try on my laptop. 

Can't access the PRO only forum via app. Have not tried desktop version yet. I Have a PRO account. IPhone 6s older version of OS (9.3.4). Any thoughts? Had some app issues with crashing as well.
