Hi @Grace Sunshine. I'm a local investor and Realtor in New Orleans. Our market has become saturated with real estate investors so the deals have become much harder to find, but they are still out there. There is just a lot of competition out there these days. Be prepared for this and try and stand out from the crowd. The hardest part of the real estate investing game is finding the deals.
