For the globiflow account, can I buy it separately with $9 dollars as mentioned in youtube? I checked the globiflow website it said that is included in podio premium account. I can't figure out how I can buy it seperately from podio account. Anyone have any idea?

We flipped a house with an outdoor swimming pool, which is 1.5 hours driving distance from my home. Currently, the house is listed for sale.  The agent is also far away from the house.

Today I got a call from a neighbor, telling me that the water is outrunning due to the pool. Kids in the neighborhood jump over the fence and swim in our pool!!!!!!!!

I want to setup a security system to see the swimming pool and scare the kids away. Based on the information from Biggerpockets, I called http://simplisafe.com to see whether they have a system that we can buy and set up. They told us that they don't have such system. Anyone here have any suggestions for the security system to see the swimming pool without internet?

Thanks very much.

I located a vacant property with poor condition. The owner is out-state and would like to retail it. However, with current house condition, it is hard to get price she asked (it is already listed for a year and expired twice). We agreed that I will pay the cost to rehab the house and list the house for sale. She will get money she asked for after the rehabbed house is sold. This is a brand-new business model for me. What kind of contract should I sign with her? Any samples here? Thanks very much.

I have a lead with a single family house with total 6 lots in it. If I buy the property, may I sell the lots one by one? Thank you.

@david dachera Thank you for the useful information. Do you think I can buy modular home, install it, and sell the house as a regular house? Thank you.

I have a lead with 6 lots near interstate highway. It is zoned as single family house, located a demanding area with good school district. I am thinking how to use these vacant lots. The neighborhood house with excellent or very good condition was sold with price 110-150K, with average DOM 2 months. Rent is about $1000-$1200/month. I wonder whether it is possible for me to buy a mobile home with cheap price, install that and sell it as a regular house ($110-$150K). Anyone here have such experience? Is it possible to do that?

Since the six lots are near interstate highway, another idea is for outdoor advertising. Anyone here has such experience?

Thank you for your advice.
