I am Nick Garcia, my friends call me Moe . My day job right now, is a High School teacher for student with Autism and severe Intellectual disabilities. My Wife is also in education as a Teacher consultant ( testing students to determine a proper education plan and placement). I became a real estate agent in January of 2016, to make extra money for vacations. 

But the universe had its own plan. In April my wife and I got the awesome news that we are going to be parents. As of this October we are now parents of not 1, not 2, but 3 beautiful spontaneous identical triplet girls. 

We know our teacher salary just would not cut it. So I researched real estate investing and found this site.  So glad I did because this site saved me over 20 k already by warning about the gurus. This January, My wife and I created our real estate investment company. We are new to Real estate investing and are looking to get going on some deals. We want to learn how to make consistent deals. 

We will start with fix and flipping because we think we will like it( still learning the business of it). Our goal is to buy one small multi-family (2-4 unit) a year as a buy and hold. BTW the podcast are great and have recommended some good reading so far.
