Greetings Bigger Pockets forum,

My name is Michael Goodman. I am looking to get started in real estate investment. I’m looking to create long term residual income through real estate investing. I’m looking for residential properties that i can do minimal rehab too and then sale them to end buyers with seller financing. I want to invest in neighborhoods that many are avoiding and help bring up the value of the area by not just turning them into rentals but by providing seller financing so that residents become home owners and not just renters; thus bringing up the way they care and treat the property and in turn hopefully stabilizing the neighborhood.

I was introduced to bigger pockets by my business partner Jorie Aulston. He has been an active wholesaler for the last 10 years. He has done deals in multiple states throughout the U.S. with the main focus being in Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana.
