I am not sure if that landed in your spam folder or you were not notified of it, but certainly we did get back to you literally after 7-8 minutes. Secondly you just stated you had issues finding the Marketplace forum and are unable to do so, and nothing related to your account. I did double check on the representative's response which was exactly the solution to the problem you discussed.

I apologize for the inconvenience though, and you may certainly reach out to our support  24/7 in case you have any other issues, because we always reply back immediately. With you being a Premium member, you are also assigned an Account Manager with whom you can get in touch directly for any issues, going forward.
