Daytona Beach Mobile Home Investing Advice

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a vacant lot in Daytona Beach and think I will put a mobile home on it to rent it out.   I bought the lot for $20,000 and think I could get a decent 2 or 3 bedroom mobile home for around 20k.  I'm figuring rent should be around $900 for this sort of property.  Does this sound like a good plan ?

Hoping to network with other investors in the area who are dealing with mobile homes and get some advice as I go through the process.  Please let me know if you're in the area and don't mind discussing!
