Hello BP members!

I am a recent Software Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and have re-located to Dallas around the Bishop Arts District. I now work as a Software Developer for Fidelity Investments in Westlake. I have been on a very slow analysis paralysis mode for the past year and have not been active and intend to change that. I have attended my first real estate meeting this past week in Uptown that gave me the urge to go forward and take action.

I am an avid listener of the podcast and listening specifically to ones regarding multi-family properties. I also get lost in the trail of articles this website has to offer! I am getting more organized in regards to that. Thankfully BP has a great new series on Path To Purchase!

My current goal is to invest in a multi-family and start off through using a unit as primary residence while renting out the others to tenants. I hope that I can learn a trick or two from Dallas BP members and soon enough pick up on my first property!

Look forward to meeting other investors!

Thank you
