Hello my name is Rick and my wife is Andrea. We have been investing and flipping for about a year and are really looking to rock it out to the stratosphere this year! We want to pick up more flips as well as some rentals. We have a lofty goal to be FI within 10 years. We are well on our way with the only debt we have is 39 more payments remaining on our home which we purchased new 3 years ago.. Please any advice to help ramp up our purchases and knowledge to do it quickly would be awesome!

I'd recommend reaching out to local banks here in Louisville and see how they can help.
